 Our meetings begin at 9:30 am starting with the business meeting.  Then from 10:30 to 11:00 am we will have show and tell.  Classes start promptly at 11:00 am and end at 2:00 pm.  All are welcome.

We have refreshments at every meeting to include, coffee, juice and snacks.

Annual 2012 Bead Retreat

Will be held at Fairfield Inn and Suites at 51 N. Clovis Ave. in Clovis. It is located on the west side of Clovis Ave. south of Herndon.  This year it will be on Saturday, July 14th and Sunday, July 15th.  The teachers are our own Nationally known teachers, Saturday the 14th, Leslie Frazier will be teaching a modified version of her “Buena Vista Twist Necklace”, and Sunday July 15th, Jamie Cloud Eakin will be teaching “Loom Crazy”.

There are plans for Leslie Frazier’s piece to be in a book at some point in the future so she has had to modify it as it is not supposed to be shown until the book has published.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Leslie says, “This thirty inch necklace features five lovely leaves of varying sizes and colors, attached to a flat herringbone ribbon of Japanese triangle beads and fastening at the back with another leaf.  Twisty tendrils dance among the leaves, lending a festive note.
