Changes at the Central California Bead Society!

The October Board meeting yielded a few changes and additions to the by-laws and the way we do a few things. The highlights are:

 

¨ We have decided to align the membership and dues with the calendar year beginning Jan. 2010

¨ We are changing our mailing address P.O. Box to a Clovis Box & will renew the Fresno Box for only one more year to ready for the change over.

¨ This is the election season and we have decided to change the way elections are handled and go with mail in ballots.  Only the three directors positions are elected with the President/Senior Direct being voted on by ballot at the January meeting and chosen from the three elected directors. 

 

Details on the above items and other information will be contained in the Newsletter being released on November 7th.  It is important for all members to carefully read November’s Newsletter for important changes and updates.

Our meetings begin at 10:00 am starting with a Show and Tell Session.  Classes start at 10:30 am,  with the business meeting after the class.  All are welcome.

We have refreshments at every meeting to include, coffee, juice and snacks.
